Gloucester Township Fire District 4

 

Gloucester Township Fire District #4 was established in 1957.  TheFire District is tasked with funding and providing fire protection to the residents of the Blackwood section of Gloucester Township.  The Fire District funds staffing, equipment, and training that is necessary to provide firefighting, rescue, and emergency medical services to Fire District 4 and surrounding areas through mutual aid.  Fire District 4 also funds a Bureau of Fire Prevention which conducts fire prevention programs, fire inspections, smoke and carbon monoxide detector programs, and community education. 

Gloucester Township FireDistrict 4 is a combination volunteer/paid fire district, and all of
its members are dedicated to the protection of all whom live, work, and play here in Gloucester Township.
